How can I place an order on TrenZillaa?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our website, select the products you like, choose quantity and size (if applicable), then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or choose Cash on Delivery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 5–7 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Please note, an unboxing video is required for all return requests. However, exchanges are not allowed, and personal care items are non-returnable.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 8–15 business days.

Do you offer shipping all over India?
Yes! We deliver across all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, and Shiprocket. No international shipping is available at the moment.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping all over India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Order” page on our website using your order ID and mobile number.
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted on TrenZillaa?
We accept a wide range of payment options including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). There is no extra charge for COD, but phone verification may be required.
Is it safe to make payments on your website?
Absolutely! All payments on TrenZillaa are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways, ensuring your data remains safe and confidential.
How do refunds work and when will I receive my money back?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 8–15 business days. You will be notified once the refund is initiated.
